By accessing and using TravelBFF services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Our Services

TravelBFF provides personalized travel planning and consultation services. Our services are advisory in nature. We provide recommendations, research, and planning assistance, but you are responsible for making all final travel decisions and bookings.

Payment Terms

• Payment is required in full before service delivery begins
• All prices are in USD and subject to applicable taxes
• We accept major credit cards and secure online payment methods
• Prices may change without notice, but confirmed bookings honor the agreed-upon price

Cancellation and Refund Policy

We understand that travel plans can change. Our refund policy is designed to be fair while protecting our business operations:

• Full refund if cancelled within 48 hours of service agreement
• Partial refund based on work completed if cancelled after planning begins
• No refund for services already rendered or bookings made on your behalf
• Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email

Travel Bookings and Third-Party Services

When we make bookings on your behalf, we act as your agent. You are responsible for:

• All costs associated with travel bookings
• Understanding cancellation policies of hotels, airlines, and activity providers
• Ensuring all travel documents (passports, visas) are valid and current
• Travel insurance (strongly recommended)
• Any changes or cancellations to bookings after they are made

Limitation of Liability

TravelBFF provides planning and advisory services only. We are not responsible for:

• Flight delays, cancellations, or changes by airlines
• Hotel overbooking, closures, or service issues
• Weather conditions affecting travel plans
• Political situations, natural disasters, or other force majeure events
• Personal injury, illness, or loss during travel
• Changes in local laws, regulations, or entry requirements

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for our services. We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance.

Intellectual Property

All content provided by TravelBFF, including itineraries, recommendations, and guides, is for your personal use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or sell our content without written permission.

Client Responsibilities

As our client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your travel preferences and requirements
• Respond promptly to requests for information or decisions
• Review all recommendations and make informed decisions
• Understand that travel involves inherent risks
• Treat our team with respect and professionalism

Communication

We primarily communicate via email and scheduled calls. We strive to respond to all inquiries within 24-48 hours during business hours and maintain clear, timely communication throughout your travel planning process.

Privacy and Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and maintain confidentiality of your travel plans and personal information. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information about how we collect, use, and protect your data.

Modifications to Services

We reserve the right to modify our services, pricing, and terms at any time. Changes will not affect services already purchased and confirmed. We will notify clients of significant changes via email.

Dispute Resolution

We're committed to resolving any issues amicably. If you have concerns about our services, please contact us directly first. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in San Diego, California, under California state law.
